What is it?

Applying design thinking to services. There are two main phases to service design: research and ideation. We could say that there is a third phase, but that is just iteration--repeating step one and two.

There are three major components to research: build a team, lay out what you know and don't know, and collect the data! There are three major steps to ideation: share insights with your team, brainstorm, plan and execute small changes to your services. Repeat!
